Here’s how cancellations work for our design and consultation services:
1. Service Cancellation
Services may be canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation if work has not started. Once the service has commenced or been delivered, cancellation is not possible.
2. Scheduled Services
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of any scheduled session. Late cancellations may result in a forfeit of the session or a cancellation fee.
