Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated or delivered.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not available for:
- Digital services that have been accessed or delivered
- Consultations, strategy sessions, or time-based services once scheduled or completed
- Downloadable products or access-based content
2. Refund Exceptions
We may offer a partial or full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error on our end preventing delivery
